- Depending on the structure of the sheet a humidity value of 2,5%-4,5% is obtained.
- Thanks to the fans, the humid and hot air flow is kept constant.
- All of the materials except the chain will be made of 304 quality stainless steel.
- Side covers are opened and closed for servicing and cleaning purposes.
- In order to provide high thermal insulation, the inside of the covers will be filled with polyethylene mattress.
- Height adjusting feet allow adjusting sheets entrance height.
- The tops of the lower conveyor belts will be covered with a transparent plexiglass which is easy to open and the bottoms will be stainless pan.
- The humidity unit will be purchased separately by the customer.
- The pipe system between the humidity unit and the machine will be made of 304 quality stainless steel.
