- The Wafer Separator and Breaking Band will be added after the wafer cutting machines. It will be used with the aim of giving the products to be covered in chocolate in a proper order and to give space in the width and length in a vertical direction so that chocolate can be covered between the products.
- All surfaces in contact with the product will be 304 quality stainless steel. The products from the separating rail will be separated from each other and fed automatically to the chocolate coating line.
- Separate rails for different product measurements will be easily replaceable.
- It will be suitable for a maximum of 18 rows.
- Stainless steel sheet of metal will be used in the entrance to clean crumbs and dust of cutting wafers sheets.
